Seeking Behavioral Treatment Technicians for Wrap Around Milwaukee!

Genesee Community Services is a team of passionate and creative individuals committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.   As a Behavioral Treatment Technician for the Wrap Around Program, you will provide in home services for our surrounding area counties and/or agencies.  These are in-home and community based behavioral management services to families with children who have been dually diagnosed with developmental disabilities and emotional, behavioral or mental health disorders.

Position Overview:

Title: Behavior Treatment Technician – Wrap Around Program

Status: Part-Time/Late Afternoon, Evening, Weekend Hours

Pay: $13.50 - $15.50




  • Provide individual treatment for children and adolescents in their home or in a community environment
  • Implement programs and behavioral strategies driven by the In-Home Behavioral Management Lead to help each child progress and develop the skills needed to flourish in their home environment
  • Train parents and/or caretakers and teachers in the use of specific behavioral approaches
  • Collaborate with GCS treatment team members to create a positive therapeutic environment for those we serve
  • Prepare and maintain written case notes that document progression and skill development
  • Bring a commitment to achievement, a passion for care, and a deep respect for those we serve to all of your actions at GCS



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services
  • 1000+ hours of experience working with children/adolescents with developmental disabilities and emotional, behavioral or mental health disorders
  • Due to the nature of our business, all employees are required to have a regular driver’s license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Access to a working laptop or computer and the Internet
