    Genesee Community Services provides services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, neurological disorders and/or emotional disturbances.  We specialize in Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders and complex trauma.  Following an Applied Behavior Analysis model, we follow an individualized, person-centered and integrated team approach, emphasizing positive behavioral support and therapeutic relationships.


    Our goal is to keep children in their home and to provide support to the families; we want to empower them by providing them the resources needed for a healthy, safe and strong environment in the home.  Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to our team! 






    The Behavior Analyst is responsible for completing clinical assessments, functional assessments and functional analyses, writing appropriate goals and objectives, writing interventions, creating data systems, reviewing and analyzing data, documentation, providing direct service, parent training and supervising of ABA Therapists.Providing supervision to staff looking to obtain clinical hours

    • Providing supervision to staff looking to obtain clinical hours
    • Oversees all of clinical treatment planning
    • Responsible for completing treatment plans, quarterly progress report and all graphing
    • Collect data on target behaviors and target programming
    • Prepares and maintains written case notes after all home visits, IEP’s or direct supervision sessions
    • Monitors protection of all rights and reports any violations according to company policies, state, and/or federal regulation
    • Identifies gaps in service provision and/or company procedures and communicates these issues with appropriate supervisory staff
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisory staff



    • Master’s Degree required in a Social Service related field
    • BCBA License
    • Have 4,000 hours of documented experience providing supervision for clinicians delivering the approved treatment model to targeted demographic
    • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience supporting children, adolescents and/or young adults diagnosed with emotional, mental health, neurological and/or developmental disabilities
    • Due to the nature of our business, all employees are required to hold a regular driver’s license and have reliable transportation
