As a Senior Behavioral Treatment Therapist, you will provide individual treatment for children and adolescents with a variety of special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, cognitive delays, and behavioral challenges. You will work both in the homes of our clients and in the community to implement treatment programs and behavioral strategies. At Genesee Community Services, you will learn and utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to empower children and their families with the skills and knowledge needed to live successfully.     • Provide supervision to Behavioral Technicians and/or Therapists 
    • Create individualized programs and stimuli for clients as directed by a BCBA
    • Graphing data collected by direct care staff
    • Complete bi-weekly parent training meetings
    • Collaborate with direct care staff and families during monthly team meetings
    • Develop client progress summaries on a 6-month basis


    • Bachelor’s Degree in a health service field (i.e. psychology, sociology, counseling, etc)
    • 2000 hours of experience with children and/or adults with special needs
    • At least 2 years’ experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA Therapy)
    • At least three months experience as an ABA senior therapist (e.g. job role including program writing, graphing, overlapping entry level line staff)
    • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience supporting children/adolescents diagnosed with emotional, mental health, neurological and/or developmental disabilities
    • Regular driver’s license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
    • Access to a working laptop or computer and the Internet
