As a BCBA, you will program and supervise individual treatment for children and adolescents with a variety of special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, cognitive delays, and behavioral challenges. You will create programming that addresses a variety of skills both in the homes of our clients and in their community. At Genesee Community Services, you will learn and utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to empower children and their families with the skills and knowledge needed to live successfully.     • Complete clinical assessments
    • Research the uses of therapeutic models as applicable to our families and clients
    • Develop therapy related procedures
    • Consult with teams on various treatments, interventions, and diagnoses
    • Provide supervision for staff obtaining their licensure 
    • Ensure assurance that each family receives a comprehensive, person-centered treatment program of support
    • Maintain therapy plans to promote consistency in implementation and documentation
    • Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders


    • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psych, or other related discipline
    • At least one year supervisory or consultative related experience
    • Licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a BCBA
    • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience supporting children/adolescents diagnosed with emotional, mental health, neurological and/or developmental disabilities
    • Due to the nature of our business, all employees are required to have a regular driver’s license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
    • Access to a working laptop or computer and the Internet
